Hotel booking can be done during the registration process.

A variety of hotel rooms has been blocked for you to attend the MNE 2016. Online reservations are only possible between check-in on Monday, September 19, 2016 and check-out on Friday, September 23, 2016.

Group bookings (10 or more hotel rooms)

This can be done via individual contracts. For group bookings, we kindly ask you to contact the Congress Secretariat with “MNE 2016 Group Accommodation Booking” in the subject line.

ACCOMMODATION SCAM ALERT  – PLEASE READ

We have been alerted to the fact, that companies going by the name EHS Exhibitor Housing Services and EHM Exhibitor Housing Management are making telephone calls indicating that they are “from the congress organisers” and claiming that they have a special hotel deal or that something is wrong with your hotel booking for MNE 2016.

Please IGNORE these calls (and/or emails) and DO NOT PROVIDE credit card details.

We do not forward any contact details to third parties. These agencies DO NOT have access to information on hotel bookings you make with us. They are accessing public congress information and searching contact details through search engines like Google.

Mondial Congress & Events, as appointed congress organising office, is the only official housing agency for MNE 2016 in Vienna.
